After 30 days of being listed, you have an additional 30 day window to request a refund. To request a refund, sign in to your account, choose the ‘upgrade listing’ tab and if you are in the 30 day window period you will see a list of the add on services you purchased. There will be a link saying ‘request refund’, just click that and we will process your refund. Prior to the 30 days of being listed, you will not see the link. It must be after 30 days of being listed, then you will have an additional 30 day window where you can request a refund. If you are past the 30 day window, you will not be able to request a refund, there are no exceptions to being past the window. Email requests will not be honored, you must use the automated process.
