Newly adopted pup missing in Barto!
Just adopted today and this evening he spooked and slipped out of his harness and ran off.
He was spotted in field behind Congo Hotel, and then on Congo - Niantic Rd. two houses down from Playmation Childcare. He may have run into Windward Way development.
He was originally from Alabama and does not know the area. He came from a rough situation so he is skittish-afraid of people until he’s comfortable. So please don’t chase.
The shelter named him Buddy, but he’s only had it a month, so he may or may not be familiar with it.
Please reach out if you see him. He is not wearing his harness or collar but is microchipped.
