Hes not microchip or neutered yet, on 9/28 he was wearing : blue harness & red collar, very Noticeable white spot above/ ON his NOSE, white chin, white 'stache , white neck, belly, feet, everything else Silver/ Smokey Gray. Hes very playful , talkative & sneaky . hoping he's safe & not injured . may be in rattled state due to being scared by dog and in unfamiliar territory💔😞
