He was born in Beloit Wisconsin but 1/2 of the owner gave him or sold him away without letting me and my mother who are also partial owners that we was giving him away without our approval. The 1/2 owner lives currently in Chicago but we don’t know if our dog is in Chicago, or in Beloit, Wisconsin
