Binx is ALL black, his left ear is tipped, NO collar on, he is not microchipped (if he is then it is a previous owner’s name) and has very green/yellow eyes. His hair in front to his ear is very thin almost makes him look bald, he is medium sized and more on the skinny side and has a fluffy tail. He is very scared only way to catch him is with a trap or in a garage. Please let me know if you have seen him or have him at any point!!!! Thank you
