Found small dog (white and tan chihuahua) running down Garden Grove Blvd near Village Center Dr in Garden Grove this morning around 9am on 5/13/24. He is not wearing a collar or ID tags. Overgrown nails. Had to chase him down- didn’t come to me. Friendly once he gets to know you. Wants to be in your lap & cries when you leave him in a room alone. Possible separation anxiety.
