Scrawny unfixed male black and white cat has been spotted in my yard for over a month. I was finally able to offer him food this morning and he was friendly and let me pet him and meow. I could have captured him but was unsure where to bring him—if he comes again I plan to bring him to East Valley Animal Shelter (14409 Vanowen St, Van Nuys) because I called and they have room.
