He’s a loving but skittish cat. He’s also either very quiet or screams when he meows. He’s a very slim build and smaller cat. Looks like a kitten still. His tall is slightly longer than average and has a longer black section that’s about 2ish inches long. He got out when our garage door didn’t latch correctly. He might not come to strangers even with food and only seen during quiet hours. He’s chipped and did have his blue collar with a bell on when he got out.
